As women, we are busy. We are expected to juggle so much yet still find the time to look good. We are bombarded with images of women who seem to look amazing all the time. Celebrities who bounce back after giving birth, women who never appear to age(?!)This constant stream of beauty (and air brushing) does little for our self-esteem.

The moment you start to take control of your health and fitness is the moment that your confidence will start to improve.  You will get a buzz from feeling strong and seeing some muscle definition. Your mood will be lifted, your clothes will fit better and day to day life will feel easier.

I do not give out cookie cutter exercise programmes or generic meal plans. You are an individual and when you’re on my team, you are treated like an individual.
