I had reached a point where I didn’t have the knowledge to know what to do with my workouts or the motivation to push myself to do it. Thinking of having a personal trainer was scary, but I’m so glad I made the decision to work with Esther. She was great at understanding my goals, creating a plan which worked and talking things through. I never felt uncomfortable with her or that I couldn’t ask silly questions. Esther’s energy and enthusiasm have helped me to push and enjoy the sessions. I have learnt how to make physical activity work for me and how to safely progress towards my goals. I’ve lost weight and toned up, but perhaps more importantly gained that greater understanding about fitness, working out and using my body. I spent 12 weeks on a personal training programme with Esther 6 months after having my second child. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

She is friendly & enthusiastic and really pushes you to your limits.

She takes the time to talk through your goals and really knows her stuff! I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the results after the 12 week programme and I have maintained my fitness. Esther would also send the workouts to do from home as extra exercises should I wish to do them but there was never any pressure. I liked working with Esther as she didn’t focus on weight... it was all about measurements and how you ‘feel.’

Esther was very encouraging and we also had a laugh which is important!
